Project Overview:
UnderFit needed a fully custom WooCommerce website developed from its Figma designs, with a flexible content system and simplified product management.
Solution:
I built a custom WordPress theme using TailPress and Tailwind CSS, along with reusable Gutenberg blocks powered by Advanced Custom Fields. This allowed the client to manage page content without relying on a traditional page builder.
For the product system, I created one master undershirt product in the WooCommerce backend while displaying each variation through its own dedicated front-end page. This gave customers a focused shopping experience while allowing the client to manage pricing, variations, and inventory from one central product.
I also developed custom WooCommerce integrations with ShipHero and AfterShip, configured CheckoutWC, and built a conversion-focused side cart featuring custom product packs, quantity controls, automatic discounts, and upsell options.
Result:
The result is a scalable WooCommerce store with streamlined inventory management, flexible content editing, and a smooth customer journey from product discovery to checkout.
